How does Renovate and Revive work?: We identify properties with hidden potential and transform them through renovation and rehabilitation. The finished properties are then offered for sale, to people looking for a home and to investors.
Do you offer opportunities for real estate investors?: Yes. Through Renovate and Revive we offer investment opportunities, including fix-and-flip projects and rental properties. Get in touch and we'll talk you through what is available.
Can you help with legal work and paperwork when buying a home?: We aren't attorneys or realtors. We work closely with trusted professionals, including real estate attorneys and escrow officers, who can handle the legal side and the paperwork.
Do you provide property maintenance?: Not directly. We can recommend reputable service providers for upkeep and maintenance after you buy.
